This is a Drop-In class where we talk about what you want to talk about and address what you want to address.
Maybe it's nothing more than figuring out what you want with regard to your physical health and well-being.
Maybe it's anxiety or fear or anger or frustration. Maybe it's being in physical pain or having low energy. Maybe it's doubt or uncertainty or general worry. Or confusion. Or overwhelm.
Maybe it's struggling to keep up with promises to Self about diet and exercise. Maybe it's issues with faith. Or trust.
Everything is on the table.
THE NEXT CLASS WILL BE:
Spiritual Workout for Physical Health & Well-Being is appropriate for:
- people currently in the throes of a medical diagnosis/condition
. anywhere on the spectrum of not-serious to terminal
. chronic or acute
- people who are eager to be more healthy in their daily lives
- health care practitioners
- people prepping for or recovering from surgery
For all participants, over time, this class will :
- help you clarify what you want with regard to your physical health
- show you ways to fortify your mind-body-spirit connection
- help you identify -- and remove -- blocks to cultivating what you want
- show you how to use E.F.T./"tapping" to support your efforts
If you're new to Spiritual Workout, you'll see that it is nothing more than the relentless application of these 15 concepts to life. For sure, we will be using these a great deal:
