INTO ANOTHER INDIAN HOME: Salloni is the one you've seen doing food tourism and such with me on her two-wheeler before. And along with her husband, Ahbikashan, and her sister, Prishi, insisted on preparing a full-on lunch in the cuisine of Rajasthan. Every state has its own and it's where they're from and 3 words: DEE , LISH , US. And I ate with my hands because...when in Rome. 😜
Warmest welcome EVER to Delhi by Bhanu, friend from Bangalore, whose home is in Delhi. Picked me up from the airport, he and his mom cooked extremely delicious food, and he chauffered me from airport to his home and from home to my airbnb. And gave me a gift! Astounding hospitality.

He built the home himself (his design), it's a duplex, he mostly works these days in Bangalore, but this is home and it's spectacular. RIGHT: Served w/butter, til I said I love and use ghee all the time. 😂
