Vertigo
A few weeks ago I talked about my vertigo event. Sam and I think, Jill, have a similar issue. I wanted to share a resource someone told me about, thesteadycoach.com. I've only viewed a few resources but I find it interesting because it's inline with other neuroplastic pain/neurocircuit resources that have been surfacing for me. I don't know if this will be helpful for you but thought I would share.
