This is a primer for anyone who is currently working through grief and loss. 


Whether you are experiencing the loss of a person or a pet who has died or the loss of a job or a home or a relationship or another type of loss altogether, what's presented here are some suggestions for working through loss Spiritual Workout-style.

By no means are these informally-produced videos intended as a thorough course of bereavement.  They are intended 1) to be of service to you in the hope you might hear something that helps you here and now and 2) to give a taste of what grief and loss look like through a Spiritual Workout lens.

I personally credit this practice with growing my soul and expanding my capacity to love in the wake of the death of my partner in Life and Love.  Our American society is saturated with unresolved grief and however and wherever you find it, I sincerely hope you will move through your loss experience in a way that satisfies you.  It is most certainly the promise of this approach.
